And stop switching footways to cycleways, as cycleways should be tagged only DESIGNATED WAYS THAT SHOULD BE USED ONLY BY BIKES, SCOOTERS AND OTHER TYPE OF MICROMOBILITY TRANSPORT. On this alley on the left part is a lane designated for this, in this case you need to draw another line that you will tag a cycleway, BUT NOT THIS FOOTPATH.

Nu-i chiar ok de facut un multipoligon cu cheia landuse=residential pentru un intreg sat/oras, pe teritoriul lui sunt diferite tipuri de landuse care sunt non-rezidentiale - commercial, retail, brownfield, construction, military, etc Faptul ca multi il folosesc peste tot nu inseamna ca si noi trebuie sa il folosim. In cazul la Stauceni este deajuns si cheia place=town, dupa care deja fiecare zona sa fie delimitata dupa tipul de utilizare

Нет. Если нет физического барриера между полосами то разделение их на два рукава не нужно. Таково правило. А по поводу поворота на Кантемира х Измаильской это можно пофиксить несколькими turn restrictions. Это не пробелама OSM-a а просто тем что мало кто занимается фиксами навигации.

Зачем ты это сделала если не знаешь как работает ОСМ? Если между полосами есть какой-то физический барриер то только тогда можно сделать по две полосы в разных направлениях, если же этих физических барриеров нету - не надо делать две полосы.
