The source of this address data was the Local Survey and the satellite Image more than 2 years ago, and there is no import from external data or "copy and paste". I committed to the golden rules of the OSM community.

I used Tag "construction=yes" referring to the building not existing or is not complete. as you can check this link: construction=yes

I checked this now many times and the two highway i did merge didn't have any turn restriction, and I am very aware of turn restrictions,so don't worry of any messed in the data.
