Just curious on this one.... It appears that a bunch of Paths were deleted and then added back with the same, or very similar geometries. Is that the case? If so, is there a reason the original ways were deleted?

Please respond back with any additional information. Some of the major connections should be added back soon, Id like to revert the deleted data across a few different changesets if there is no additional information.

Would you please provide a source for this data. I am unable to find evidence of an approved import on the OSM wiki or in OSM related discussions. The geometries added in this Changeset cause many overlapping roads and the attribute tagging is not OSM like. This data may need to be removed to minimize the amount of overlapping road segments.

Looking at the change set history it appears you are removing source tags from a 2015 ground survey... some of the features edited have no other edits besides removing the source tags.
