Note that `tactile_paving=yes` is almost always wrong on US crossings. It is `yes` on crossings that have tactile paving thru the road, such as in JP: osm.wiki/File:Tactile_paving_on_crossing_ja.jpg

In the US we only have tactile paving on curb cuts `kerb=flush; tactile_paving=yes`

These bikeways should be marked as cycleway=track since they are physically separated from the general travel lanes. Considered Class IV bikeways. Fixed in changeset/140036210

Heads up the mixing zone turn lanes, e.g. at Oak onto Scott, are cycleway:right=shared_lane, with sharrows cycleway:right:lane=pictogram
