Quick question, if an exit guide sign says, for example,
"Exit 42
To Route 159
Windsor Locks"
does that mean the syntax should read "destination:ref:to=Route 159" or is it preferred "destination:ref=To Route 159"? I just want to make sure I have that correct.
I know that on non-expressways "destination:ref:to" is what should be used.
