I was unaware that residential highway features are named streets in Yerevan. Is this noted on OSM Wiki anywhere? The current tagging in the area was a bit inconsistent. For example: way/173489561 is residential but has no name and way/449256583 is service but has a name. My intention for way/174303420 and way/214411508 was to unify the classifications and residential seemed appropriate.

If the highway is not intended for general public use, I agree that the features would be appropriate as service. If you would prefer these roads to be service, I will defer to your edits. Thank you for the information and have a great day!

Hello and thank you for your message. According to the Key:highway wiki page you linked, highway links should be ’sliproads/ramps’. Since way/1125317537 and way/1125317536 do not seem to be either a slip road or a ramp, just the start of the motorway, how would you feel about changing them to motorway base classification rather than motorway_link?
