Plus, alleys in my experience, are generally larger in order for vehicles to go down in order to service utilities. Some of these streets in question are not this size nor are they for access to utilities. They are streets leading to actual places.

Thank you for asking. I chose living street because I was on the fence between that or pedestrian street. Maybe Pedestrian street would be more appropriate and I can agree with that. For alley way, as per the description: "An alley is a service road usually located between properties for access to utilities.". Since these smaller streets do go directly to residences, hanouts, riads, etc, I didn't feel like these were appropriate. I'm definitely open to discussion on this and am willing to go back and adjust some of these smaller streets to pedestrian streets.
