Changeset comment: Added buildings.

Hi @jwheare, I was unsure between using quay and embankment. I decided to use the latter as the OSM wiki defines man_made=quay as "A man-made structure alongside navigable water used for loading and unloading vessels". As far as I'm aware, there is nowhere along the waterfront you can load/unload vessels (except for a few steps which are gated off). It's just a high wall to keep the water away. The wiki description for [man_made=embankment](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dembankment) seemed to make more sense. That being said, feel free to change as necessary.

They were originally grouped together. I separated them (not entirely) in this changeset.

There are too many errors in the changes you have made. Eg. Missing car park, untagged nodes and ways, missing boundaries, etc.

Apologies for the large bounding box span.

Correction: Added buildings to Marchburn Avenue.

Incorrect changeset description. I added features to the forcourt such as paths, pedestrian area and more.

This was supposed to be merged with changeset/105543001.

Correction: East end not West end.

Correction only updated road layout. Did not include houses in this changeset.
