Maybe it is my unexperience on mapping. I haven't found any good advice on how are good ways to map houses and buildings.

Casa = House. Since the houses does not have a name I called them "Casa xxx" where xxx is the number of the house.

Casa is not a building, is a house. Edificio means building in spanish.

Here in Quito, Ecuador, there is "Predio" which is a number that gives you information about the size and property inside the city.
