I've noticed that you have been demoting a lot of town into a village (most notable case: Berastagi, Pangkalan Brandan, Perbaungan, Indrapura and Perdagangan) and spared the ones who are a capital of a regency in North Sumatra, which according to your classification, should also be demoted in a village too (Kotapinang, Gunung Tua, Sibuhuan, Salak, and Dolok Sanggul)
