Kanchakanok Ville should be Kan Kanok Ville. Are you sure บ้านแก้วตารักษ์ is correct? Other maps show the old name ใจแก้วเอราวัณ Chai Kaeo Erawan. There's also a big sign inside the estate on streetview.
