| 170061144 | 5 months ago | Ok, done. Thanks for the suggestion! |
| 160802528 | 12 months ago | Yes, I have been there on 2024-12-29, walked from Lokavec by the hiking path to Sv. Urban and back by the road. On that same wiki page that you cite, on grade1, it also clearly states "Usually a paved surface". "usually" is not "always" or "must be". At least a section of the road from Lokavec to the plateau/parking I consider to be better than tracktype3, as is now tagged. But I'll let you be the final judge. Regards Mark. |
| 160802528 | 12 months ago | There is no requirement that a tracktype=grade1 must be paved. The wiki page says: "Solid. Usually a paved surface". It is very rare in Slovenia that a forestry or agricultural track is paved, but it can be wide and reasonably well maintained compacted surface (like in this case). I consider such tracks to be grade1. Regards, Mark. |
| 126389525 | over 1 year ago | Oops, fixed. Apparently I changed 'ascent' into 'surface' by mistake in changeset/126389525. Thanks for noticing! |
| 85995165 | over 1 year ago | It wasn't me who put that tag on, it was Benđo Jušić about seven years ago (see history). I was just the last
That tag is most likely unwarranted or wrong. The original tagger seems to be inactive for the last six years. Please just remove these tags, the park is public, even though it is next to a school. |
| 148518042 | almost 2 years ago | Ok, changed "ref" to "name", lowercased "paketomat". |
| 148518042 | almost 2 years ago | > think that building:levels:underground should only be used on buildings I agree, removed. I have inherited this tag unintentionally when I merged my locker with a previous version of this locker at a wrong location. As far as ref vs. a description - I'm not sure. The current text in ref is an exact copy from the GLS website. |
| 118551744 | over 2 years ago | Sure, changed. There is no sign, as far as I can remember. |
| 118551744 | over 2 years ago | It is odd indeed, but was intentional. The narrow road is steep, accessible by foot and bike but not by wider vehicles, and in that section there are a couple of long, inclined and not tall 'steps'. Didn't come up with better tagging than this. Feel free to change if you think of a more appropriate way of tagging. Perhaps drop the cycling? One would push the bike by handles uphill, but possibly ride down with much care. |
| 66912141 | about 3 years ago | Btw, even the power tower by the RTP Bežigrad node/3559320843 is now gone according to Lj aerial map, after the power line was moved underground. |
| 66912141 | about 3 years ago | Admittedly my note needs clarification. The text in my 'fixme'
I was only able to approximately map one of these two
The only underground section that is verifiable
About the other cable I have no idea where it is routed. |
| 41280036 | over 3 years ago | Se ne spomnim več. |
| 75576743 | over 3 years ago | Se strinjam, sem spremenil. Hvala za opaženje! |
Do Grla nisem šel, sled v OSM arhivu tam čez ni moja. Hvala za opozorilo na sumljiv del poti! Pozdrav, Mark. |
| 115961825 | over 3 years ago | According to aerial photography (GURS DOF025) the long railway tracks are 1.5 m wide, which would be a normal railway track size; the short tracks are about half that size, about 0.8 m, probably narrow-gauge. These are military artillery ranges - target guides. Haven't seen them in person. |
| 120185778 | over 3 years ago | Thanks for fixing! I was aware to be leaving job half-done, hoping for someone to pick it up :) Also the cycleway/footway to the East is now broken. The roundabout is actually a turbo-roundabout (spiraling roads outwards), so this needs further work. Likewise all the roundabouts to the West on Letališka street. |
| 111654668 | almost 4 years ago | Thank you for noticing inconsistencies fixing errors! I'm fine with your choice regarding mapping sidewalks and cycle tracks style. I rarely touch these, leaving cycleways to cyclist mappers, as you may have noticed :) The reason why I chose to deal with these in this particular stretch of Tržaška street is that the sidewalk and the cycleway take some unexpected turns and detours, often independently, so it seemed to me the cleanest would be just to map each one separately. But I'm fine with your choice, no worries. |
| 111654668 | almost 4 years ago | Sorry, I missed your previous comment. Thanks for the update. But now there is a missing sidewalk (tag or way) along way/150154689 and way/1007054751 if I understand it correctly. |
| 93721318 | about 4 years ago | The line is still visible on the Ljubljana Ortophoto 2020 imagery |
| 111859762 | about 4 years ago | Been there, done some mapping the old-fashioned way with a GPS, OSMtracker, and with josm back home. Filled-in lots of details according to the current situation on the ground. Regarding that service road: I talked to someone living there, who happened to be standing there. He explained that the bollard on the back-side has been temporarily removed so this is now their only access to a back-yard by car. The service road terminates on a pedestrian zone with a lift-gate, there is currently no way to enter there by car due to bollards between the pedestrian zone and Prešernova street. They have been promised a rising bollard and access across the pedestrian zone, but it is not yet happening. I have updated the map according to the current situation to the best of my resources - until we get a newer aerial photography of Ljubljana. |
