Bonjour, d'après le wiki si le complexe occupe la totalité du building il peut être marqué ainsi : "Create a node (within an area mapped as a building=*) and add the tag leisure=indoor_play. If the indoor play area takes up the entire building or a clearly defined area within the building, it may be mapped as an area instead."
