Hello AssisFS! For this reclassification edit, I referenced the secondary classification proposal criteria found on the OpenStreetMap “Brazil/Classificacao das rodovias do Brasil” Wiki page (osm.wiki/Brazil/Classifica%C3%A7%C3%A3o_das_rodovias_do_Brasil). Specifically the criteria which states "Rodovia/estrada que é rota ideal entre centros urbanos com mais de 2 mil habitantes ou sedes de municípios”. I reclassified this route to secondary because it connects towns with populations less than 10,000 and overall improves the connectivity of the secondary highway network. Thanks for reaching out!
