There appears to be a u-turn restriction added in [node/207560490](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/207560490), but given that [way/751152529](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/751152529) and [way/157694432](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/157694432) are not directly attached to relevant node to the northeast, adding a u-turn restriction or only straight on turn restriction between these makes sense. I can add that turn restriction back in. Thank you for comments and insight on this matter.
