I am happy to defer to your knowledge on classifying Q824 and Q3002 as tertiary, however Google Maps prohibits the use of its service "to create or augment any other mapping-related dataset” (https://www.google.com/intl/en/help/terms_maps/) and Google is not licensed for use in OSM (https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/Licence_and_Legal_FAQ#:~:text=2.1.5.%20Can%20I%20copy%20data%20from%20Google%3F). Based on this, I suggest only using citable resources/local survey in contributions to OSM data. Thank you and hope you have a nice day!

Hello Jeffry Mardyo! I reclassified (way/387917875), (way/1073788739), and (way/387917907) to residential since it seemed like secondary classification doesn’t meet the definition of “Roads that connects across key places across a state (e.g. between villages and nearby towns) is suggested to carry the highway=secondary tag.“ in the Malaysia Roads Tagging OSM Wiki (changeset/181716014). If the ref tags you added have relation with classification, would you be able to provide those local resources? Thank you and happy mapping!
