Hi aceman444, I made this change 8 months ago and at that time the imagery I used appeared to show a connection. However, looking at the latest imagery, Ortofotomozaika SR, it is clear to me that there is no connectivity present and therefore should be removed so thank you for making the corrections.

I’ve aligned the path to avoid a JOSM validation error which occurred because parukhin has removed the layer=-1 tag. As per my understanding, the water towers are maintained by municipal authority and trespassing shouldn't be allowed for pedestrians. I agree with your point as well and if you have local knowledge and the path is crossable under the water tower, please feel free to revert my changes.
