Working on fixing it by changing the "area" to "line"

Okay interesting, I just used the area tool and that automatically has that tag, I'll remove it from now on as I continue working on this area

I would like to understand exactly what the problem is? I did slightly shift the road to fix it, but all I am doing is adding missing forest/tree area, so I'd like to know what is causing the issue and if there's something i should change.
