The forest trail "Pavlovac-Toplik" is not a road. You know better than a forest road. There is a sign (as you say) indicating that it is part of the "MTB CITY ROAD" park. This road is important for our park, because it exits to the municipality of East Ilidža, to one of the exits from the bicycle park.
So this is only for pedestrians and mtb bikes.

The second trail, which you intentionally changed in order to deliberately degrade our work and omit the lake as the content of our park (which I will change immediately) is the approach to the Jezero Toplik resort. This is a well-trodden macadam road, which is privately arranged, and which is the approach to Lake Toplik. Pedestrians, cyclists, delivery vehicles can pass, but the purpose is to access the lake, not a public road. And here our signs are physically standing and this is part of the “MTB CITY ROAD” bike park. And you know all this well.

I ask the administrators to prevent this vandalism and the destruction of our work.

Motor vehicles do not move on these roads. These are terrains for mtb cycling, which are part of the bicycle park, whose documentation is in the archives of the City of East Sarajevo.
