It was perhaps same issue with item as polygon feature and line feature.

The tower existed as point feature. I need it as polygon feature. The point is inside the polygon. There is no problem, there is only one control tower.

Brindisi airport had 1 runway as polygon and 1 runway as line.
I need runways as lines so I have add a line for the runway as polygon. You still have 2 runways if you ask runways as line.
I think the best is to add another runway as polygon. So if you do a query serching for runways, you will have 2 runways as line and 2 runways as polygon. You can use one or another regarding your need.
