Right, I read over the wiki a bit more, and agree that it's probably best to remove the tag here.

I had fallen into the trap discussed on the wiki page

It's my understanding of that the paths in Kings Park are access=yes unless otherwise signposted that they are access=no. This is a legal right of access by my reading of the Botanic Gardens and Parks Regulations 1999.

Am I missing something else?
