There is no building called Victory Commons. Rather, "Victory Commons" is the area around the garage, the American Airlines Center, and the two Victory Plazas.

The entire structure marked with a P (which seems to be also labeled "Victory Commons") is the Comerica Garage. The location I marked is the garage entrance.
