Looking at OSM, it's currently unclear which areas are open and which are under construction - A lot of these footways look like they need access=private given they are in construction areas. If amenities aren't open yet like The Regal Restaurant it should be changed to proposed:amenity or similar.

This airfield looks like it has been reconfigured based on aerial imagery, maybe the runway refs have changed or other updates are needed. There's also a stop sign on the intersection of the runway and farm track, which seems strange.
