Hi LockOnGuy, thank you for reaching out. After doing further investigation, recent aerial imagery indicates that this connection is not certain to exist but it is not easily decipherable. I am curious if you are local to the area and could upload any ground imagery to Mapillary (https://help.mapillary.com/hc/en-us/categories/115000239905-Contributing) or Kartaview (https://kartaview.org/landing) for this and similar intersections. It would be great to have more resources to help with accurate mapping in the city. You also mentioned that there were other errors in this changeset. I would be happy to address those if you could give me more information on them. My goal is to map as accurately as possible.
