Thanks for reaching out. I did base these directionality modifications on evidence gathered from Esri World Imagery. I saw that way/584764547 has a car positioned in the direction of travel, which suggest its intended for oneway traffic. This way and way/584764546 are both narrow and appear to only have one lane each.

After some careful re-examination of the location with available ground imagery, Mapillary Imagery from December 2024 (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=-34.7940868&lng=-56.117815&z=17&pKey=1574085230144163&focus=photo) appears to suggest this directionality with the stop sign facing that lane and entrance to Camino al Paso del Andaluz. way/164248325 looks to be only wide enough for one car and the Mapillary driver’s direction is heading east on it. There is another sign facing the driver’s perspective (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=-34.793422199999995&lng=-56.116333499999996&z=17&pKey=1106031997568400&focus=photo), although it is not conclusive that it is only a oneway road in that direction but it seems that way by the width and all indications.
