I've noticed there seems to be a very large number of nodes on the roads you have added around here - it looks to be excessive compared to the imagery source you've used, and the ways also appear to be split needlessly. It's usually best practice to use the minimum number of nodes and ways to accurately represent the geometry of a feature, and only split ways where separate attributes are required.

Hi, the geometry is fixed in changeset/182584807 and I'll review the turn restrictions etc now. There may be some broken bus routes also but they should be fairly straightforward to fix.

Hi, thanks for bringing this to my attention. My bad regarding the McCaffrey Dr/Lookout Rd intersection, I have GPS traces from the previous week that I can use to fix this - will do that now.

Thanks for taking another look. It certainly is an interesting case! The entry conditional on whether it is a "cruise ship day" seem like it would be difficult to encode in the OSM tagging structure, but I guess it boils down to "whether you have a good reason to access the cruise terminal on a particular day" - so I'm thinking perhaps the route through the port along Sommerville Road should be `access=permissive`? And the Robert Street entrance I suppose should restrict motor vehicles to `private`.

I wanted to check in with you regarding this change as I have been checking access conditions for the White Bay Cruise Terminal. The terminal website recommends that public access to the cruise terminal (eg. for cruise passengers on days when ships depart) is via Sommerville Road and the ways that you have previously changed from access=permit to access=private. Furthermore, the website says that access via Robert Street is discouraged on such days. I am wondering if you agree with my findings and I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!
