The removal of all these social trails is only a short term solution. Over time most of them will be added back to OSM by editors that do not understand why they should not be mapped. A better solution is to tag them with access = no and with a note explaining.

Little Pine is an unorganized township which is governed at the county level. I grew up in one in Minnesota. The correct administrative boundary would be at the edges of the 6 mile by 6 mile township. According to wikipedia, Minnesota has 2,775 townships in 87 counties. The admin_level of the townships would be 7.

I'm not sure what you mean. The road walk on Peter Cave Road, A41 and A241? I used the BRT trail gpx file from http://www.ouachitamaps.com/Buffalo%2002%20East.html and they have this portion as a road walk.
