You right the tag makes no sense I proceed to delete it

Hi! This neighborhood's name is Respaldo Villa Carmen althoug in OSM says "Respalto" I need to fix that.. So I added the tag place= beacuse there are many school with that name in the country. If you think it is still invalid please tell me back.
