The only edit I made in this changeset was a remodel of the intersection at [node/14134757939]. However I did review the nearby area and found these changesets from other members of my team that seem to match some of the concerns you mentioned: [changeset/182691337] and [changeset/182931929]. Our team strives to make edits in accordance with OSM best practices, but occasionally mistakes or oversights happen. I apologize for the issues in these cases. We’ll take this feedback into consideration and do our best to avoid similar issues going forward.

I agree that the current modeling appears to be incorrect or outdated, and I don’t see any clear physical barrier. Unfortunately, the imagery is a bit too unclear for me to confidently verify the full extent of the barrier or determine which roads fully connect at the various intersections.

If you’re familiar with the area and feel comfortable making the changes, you’re more than welcome to update the roadway.
