The cited Mapillary imagery shows a vehicle making a turn around the perimeter of the gas station (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=581186980888461) and an exit can be seen in another image (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=1035358830963394). The way the gas station poles are positioned also suggests there's a service road here. In addition, this service road provides a way for vehicles to exit the amenity as there is a painted “out” arrow sign in ground level imagery. If you have any sources indicating that a wall prevents vehicles from traveling around the gas station, I would be happy to update this.
