After re-evaluating the area, I noticed from Esri World Imagery that there is an existing highway between these specific buildings (way/426556359, way/426555534). I wanted to ask if the residential highway (way/1257644174) you created was misaligned. Otherwise, I would recommend changing the highway classification to account for road width because it looks too narrow for vehicles to enter/exit there (osm.wiki/Philippines/Mapping_conventions#Classifications). Perhaps highway=footway would be a more suitable classification.

Also since you know this highway exists due to your knowledge of the area, it might be helpful to add either ‘survey’ or ‘local knowledge’ to your changeset source.
