Thanks for reaching out. I was able to verify that there is a roadway here that supports thru traffic for driving access with the imagery cited. Apple has an agreement with Maxar to use their more recent imagery to edit OpenStreetMap, which is not publicly available for editing OpenStreetMap. We generally use the imagery that is already available in JOSM but where we do use that more recent imagery, we always cite it and the date the imagery is from in the changeset source.

For way/1350028436, if you believe there is a classification that would suit this feature more accurately, I am happy to defer to your best judgement and expertise.

I can also look to make updates to the roadway features you highlighted as there have been changes since they were originally created.

Hi Valmsrj. The street name was provided for us to add by a local Maps user. They suggested that the name was recently updated and also provided a photo of the updated street sign showing the name, "Rua Tulipa de Santa Margarida”. Have a nice day!
