I did use Maxar Premium Imagery. It looked like a typical intersection to me, and the imagery did not show a curb, so I thought that the primary_link was misconnected and should have been connected to the residential. I realize that I should look for ground imagery first before making such assumptions. Thank you very much for pointing that out and I will be cognizant of that fact in the future. Thank you for your explanation. I just wanted to confirm since the road seemed possible to be driven by compact cars in ground level imagery like https://kartaview.org/details/2407810/49/track-info. However, as you say, it would be difficult if it was not set as a oneway as two cars in opposite directions would have to yield to one another. I will keep your guidance in mind if I ever come back to roads such as these in the future.

The only inconsistency I could spot was very small residential roads such as way/723036770 that is disconnected from the greater residential network from node/6781996418 to node/2867841747. Not sure if you would prefer bridging the gap there with a residential section, or leaving it as it is.

I changed this road back in 2020 since the OSM wiki (highway=track) states that surface is not a specification for track roads, rather that if there were "permanent human settlements/facilities" like that seen near node/2867841734 and that it was either residential or unclassified the majority of time since its creation.

I will leave that classification as you recently changed it, but wanted to confirm that the southern most portion from www.openstreetmap.org/node/2867841687 to node/2867841747 would not be a functional road that drivers could use and could possibly be split and set to unclassified/residential.
