I added this lift gate after investigating on the ground imagery (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=26.5436207782&lng=-78.5816237424&z=17&pKey=216109673359662&focus=photo&x=0.4999120029165013&y=0.5248055444177744&zoom=0.24942721960679548), you can see in mapillary imagery that there is also a lift gate in front of the gate that you have mentioned. I modelled the lift gate in front of the barrier=gate tag just as it is in the ground level resource I cited. Have a good day.
