Satelite map is now available with some part construction visible. I am using mobile and not pc so it's difficult to properly edit.
Service road need not to be under construction.also visible in satelite view. So if possible edit accordingly.
Motor road is not open yet. We can keep some part of road under construction.

As you know, osm doesn't collect traffic data. So for routing it gives priority to trunk over primary road. By making ring roads trunk router Will give priority to ring road over internal core roads when ever there are these two options internal roads and ring roads.
