Oh wow, this is the first time I've ever had interaction on here, happy to know someone is reviewing these things--i try to leave very descriptive comments because I'm never confident that what I'm doing on here is correct protocol.

Why I stopped my edits at the Edens I honestly do not recall, could've just been a natural break in the geometry and I didn't realize i didn't have the others selected. But my main thinking is that I know that Union Pacific is anything but "permissive" in the true sense of the word. I know they don't actively suppress access, especially between NBT and Devon, but the jersey barriers are a fairly recent addition (they aren't there in my 2014 and 2015 photos). But if you think there is a more correct designation I totally defer to you, but I'd love an explanation of your thinking so I can better learn the nuance of these things among more established Open Street Mappers.
