You have put a ford=yes as a connect node in a street and waterway, this may have been a mistake by iD editor.
Instead, please create a road with bridge (over) the water or water tunnel, depends on the context.

Yeah maybe you can seperate the water body into two (the "water" is a ditch dug out for agricultural use). But I can't do that myself right now because I am on mobile.
