I followed your advice for just surface=grass on the dogpark.

I opted not to add a 'park' as the area is not so nice that people would just hang out there. That's also why I kept the brownfield area tagged as such - it is grassy, but still rough and not suitable for a picnic, for example.

Most of the park is grass, so here I added a new area - is this appropriate? Or should I have tagged the park area itself, even though it overlaps with the forest area?

Perhaps I misunderstood the NL-specific information in the wiki about tagging addresses.

"The choice has been made to use a separate address node for each address within the building."
osm.wiki/Addresses#Netherlands

I thought this means to use address nodes separate from anything else, but I guess not?
