The trails in Rotary Park are pedestrian walking trails. Historically, they were roads, but the city has since gated them off, removed the tarmac, and narrowed the trails. (still learning, so if they are indeed incorrect, let me know and I'll change them.)

Gotcha! Thanks for the correction. Locally it's known as the old elementary lot, but it's not officially named.
