It should not. The road itself is not permitted for pedestrians – it is not a pedestrian zone. When there are sidewalks modelled, the foot tag should be disabled on the road, and the navigation (including pedestrian navigation apps) should lead you only on the sidewalks and crossings. If it is not so, or if a navigation app has a problem with sidewalks, it is a problem/glitch at the producer of the software, not OpenStreetMaps and not the tagging. I suggest you contact Strava for them to repair their app if they have such a problem.

Hi, thank you. I was there on Sunday. It seemed that in the past, it was 80 kmph, but it was probably changed to 100 (or maybe there was some roadwork and they put back a wrong sign, who knows. I can go there with a GoPro (and GPS on GoPro on) next weekend.
