If I understand your question correctly.

2 ways (to find the notes) come to mind:

Use Overpass Turbo (https://overpass-turbo.eu/). Go to the wizard option and add 'artwork_type="vase16:00 und 16:30" global' in the search field.
Make sure "vase16:00 und 16:30" is in quotation marks otherwise the spaces create trouble.
The global is needed because otherwise only the visible map area is searched. To search smaller areas you can put country or city instead of global.
