I added the road based on data of the Digital Namibia platform:

Check the layer "Transportation Networks".
I don't know how reliable digitalnamibia is, but since it is provided by the Namibia Statistics Agency, I would think, it should be the official data.
Are you sure, that this road does not exist?

I see that you adjusted the tags of some roads in this region, that I added some time ago. Are you sure about your corrections?
I used the data of the Digital Namibia platform, that had this road for example as a D-Road. You can find the data here:

Check the layer "Transportation Networks".
