yes, the lyft employee had split a 1-block section of Hennepin into a divided highway, which does not reflect real-world conditions and is not in line with tagging guidelines. there were ~4 other changes I made to fully revert it, and not all of them show up on this changeset
relevant changesets are: #166273775, #166273637, #166273487, and #166273344.

this road should not be split given that it is a single road, only containing a median, and thus should be tagged as such
