While this investment is calles "Wieliczka Park" it is located in Wieliczka county, but outside of Wieliczka city, which has named streets.

Sometimes, some villages do have some streets named, but not all.

In Poland numerous villages and tiny towns don't have any street names and building numbers are ordered by their construction (permit/date). As you can see the oldest buildings near centre of the village have the lowest numbers, while new buildings have their numbers at 500's and going up. Numbers of buildings at named streets are ordered by building location at a street starting from one end of a street.

The radiopolska_* tags were added on purpose on numerous such locations, my idea is to tie nodes with broadcast locations in the radiopolska listings. This is done in cooperation with my friends running radiopolska website, because we would like to pinpoint exact object on a map and also fix any possible coordinates errors in their data. I could possibly remove radiopolska_name tags, but radiopolska_url which contains an ID is a must if we want to automate synchronization. "website" tag here can be removed (I'll do it) as it is in fact a duplicate
