The shape is representing the entire construction site, but because the blueprints indicate that the entire area would be used for hospital facilities I used building=construction. However if you think that landuse=construction is suitable, I don't disagree.

Hi. I think I messed things up here using this tag. There is an ongoing hospital construction in this area. So there is a hospital under construction. I edited the tags. What do you think about the new ones?
