I can't be completely certain, as I haven't visited in person, but I think it is a cellar hole of a house. More specifically the remains of the home of L. Miller as appears on the 1860 Sullivan County Map. The Lidar pattern is typical of a colonial era house cellar with a stone platform in the middle to support a large central chimney with fireplaces on three sides.
