Thank you for starting this conversation on the forum. We will be happy to alter any modeling practice for aerodromes that comes from this discussion. For now, the team has agreed not to add the aerodrome type tag until this classification is more clear.

Hi muralito, thanks for reaching out. I added the international type based on the name and the Wikidata tag that was added by another user. Both of these seem to indicate that it is international. I checked OurAirports, but there was very little information about this airport. Do you think this should be tagged as aerodrome:type=regional instead?
