Diar Sir/Madam!
Let me explain my problem in more detail - this road has always been used for buses.
But before updating the map, GraphHopper allowed to get directions there.
These routes are used by official bus carriers. Now, after updating the osm of the map, but without changing
any settings of the GraphHopper, the route (once again clarifying that we are talking only about buses) can no longer be created.
Please specify what we need to indicate on the map to for creating routes for busses? At the moment, this is a very urgent problem for carriers.

Hello,
Problem is that GraphHopper can't create route with this road. This road is used only for bus to get to Riga International Bus Station. I's doesn't matter it will be public or opened I just need to download osm.pbf for GraphHopper. At this moment this road is used by buses to get to/from station.
