Ok, understood. Perhaps a separate entry would be appropriate for "Studio Bell?" Reason I made the mod was that I bought tickets for 'Studio Bell Backstage tour,' and when I searched for 'Studio Bell' on the OsmAnd, open street maps based, app I couldn't find it. I had to Google it up and then go to their Web site to work out the location.
