I have recorded the stories and flats that the building will have once completed when the polygon can be converted into a building;
Regarding the key "height_ft", have switched to the key "height";
There doesn't seem to be a key to record "consruction_start", neither "start_date" nor "opening_date" are suitable to record this information. Do you have any suggestions on how to record this data? Maybe into the key "Note".

Peachtree Suites is a hotel with furnished apartments for longer stays. Have tagged it accordingly.

Have removed the year_of_construction tag from unfinished buildings on this changeset; Is there a good tag to capture when construction started?

I have moved the bus stop node/5135853010 back to Church Street after having moved it earlier by mistake. The route relation/12286530 "NYCB - M55 SI Ferry Terminal --> Midtown" is still in place. Please let me know, if I need to make any additional fixes. Apologies for the inconvenience.
